The meeting discussed the latest developments in Syria and the consequences and impacts on the Kurdistan Region in terms of humanitarian, security and to encourage the donor countries to support the Kurdistan Region.
The Kurdistan Region currently hosts more than 1 million of Internally Displaced People (IDPs) and refugees; 1,037,446 IDPs and 226,399 Syrian refugees.
